Enabling better natural resource management in upland agriculture in Southeast Asian developing economies
Welcome to SANREM CRSP Southeast Asia! SANREM CRSP stands for Sustainable Agriculture and Natural Resource Management – Collaborative Research Support Program. Our goal is to assist in the creation and successful application of decision-support tools for natural resource management and planning at both a community and a watershed scale. In this website, we provide you with information about our work in the Manupali Watershed on the island of Mindanao, Philippines as well as similar areas in the country and in Southeast Asia, experiencing challenges in sustaining a fragile natural resource base, growth of economic opportunities in the uplands and devolution of powers from central to local government.
