AAE has purchased a 1 year license for the Go-To Meeting software system. Funds used to purchase this software system were obtained from UW Extension so the 1st priority goes to servicing departmental Extension needs. If the software system is not being used by Extension faculty than other departmental faculty can use this system.

The version of software purchased only allows for 1 meeting to be occurring at a time. That said, if you start a Go-To Meeting while one is in process, the first meeting will be terminated for everyone. Up to 15 remote locations can join your meeting To help avoid conflicts AAE has set up a calendar that can be used to reserve the times you require to use GoToMeeting. Brian Gould manages this reservation system. It functions similar to the AAE Department Resource Reservations.
