In Fall 2005, Jeff Reimer, former Research Associate at FSRG, joined the faculty at Oregon State University in the Agricultural and Resource Economics department. While at FSRG, Jeff contributed research on pork production and the ready-to-eat cereal market. He also helped organize FSRG's second biennial research conference, which presented new empirical and theoretical studies on industrial organization topics related to the food sector.

Jeff's recent research examines the links between globalization and comparative advantage, the performance of global models of international trade, and the structure of livestock production. His publications have appeared in the Journal of International Economics, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Journal of International Trade and Economic Development, and Economic Modelling. His teaching is in international trade and markets at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
