Interests: Energy markets, climate policy, international trade, technical change and computational economics

I am an applied economist working on issues in trade, energy and environmental economics. My methodological focus involves the use of mathematical programming methods to better understand economic policy choices. My current projects include work on the economics of climate change policy, including carbon tariffs, as well as the impacts of international trade agreements.
