In the Event of a University-Wide Health Care Emergency
In the event that this course is no longer able to meet face-to-face for a
period of time because of a wide-spread health emergency, students should
continue to stay current with our schedule as posted in this syllabus.
During this time, you will be responsible for the course readings and the
lecture material posted on the class web site. If we have an exam scheduled
during this period of time when face-to-face meetings are suspended, the exam
will be postponed until after classes resume if applicable. If classes do not
resume in a timely manner, the exam will be administered as open-book with
e-delivery by deadline (you can either scan your answer sheets, or fax them to
608-262-4376). Information about the status of assignments and other course
work due during this period will be addressed on the class web site and by way
of email. This same notification system will also be used to announce any
changes to the currently expected course of action.
